Hip-Hop|Club Banger Reviews (10)

My bad everyone. I haven't updated for a month and half. That's a very long time. At least in that month in a half there weren't that many good songs anyways. But I have been busy working and stuff so I haven't been able to update this thing. Today is your lucky day for new or not so new music. Since I have a three day weekend I can update at least once this month right.

Birdman feat. Drake & Lil Wayne - Money to Blow ~134 bpm

Radio Play - 3/5
Club/Party - 3/5
The Ladies - 2/5
Lastability - 3/5

This club banger is pretty good. It is more of a slow banger. It will probably get a good amount of radio play, because of Drake and Lil Wayne in this song. It is more of a slow banger. If you mix this in with other songs, then this song can work. Nothing for the ladies really. This is more of a fall hit if anything.

Radio Play - 3/5
Club/Party - 2/5
The Ladies - 4/5
Lastability - 2/5

Amerie has had better songs then these. This song is more like an exercise extravaganza, then a dance song. But can work if you mix it in with other songs. This song gets played on the radio once in awhile. I like her though. She has a different style then most.

Drake feat. Kanye West, Lil Wayne & Eminem - Forever ~161 bpm

Radio Play - 3/5
Club/Party - 3/5
The Ladies - 1/5
Lastability - 3/5

This is a pretty good song overall, but lacks that punch for a good club banger. You can play parts of it and hit it pretty hard, but don't play this song fully at the club/party. This song has been played on the radio. But has nothing to do with the ladies. Oh yeah and Eminem tears this track up.

Janet Jackson - Make Me ~128 bpm

Radio Play - 3/5
Club/Party - 4/5
The Ladies - 5/5
Lastability - 4/5

This is a great song for the club, especially an 80's club. But it isn't even an 80's song you say? It has the feel of one. Janet Jackson still has good songs and you can feel the energy in this song. Reminiscent of some of Janet Jackson and even Michael Jackson songs. Download this song. You won't be disappointed.

Another slowbanger. It can be a bit catchy. Hasn't been played on the radio much. Check it out see what you think. This song is a bit better, because of Pleasure P. Otherwise Juvenile's part is just okay.

Another Jerkin' song. I just did a Jerkin' video of my cousin. Akhanh - Jerkin. If your crowd is the jerkin' crowd, then this is another song to add on the list. Other then that its an okay song. Won't get much radio play.

This song is okay. It won't last too long, but you can check it out. If you mix this with other songs I'm pretty sure it will be fine. Haven't really heard this song much on the radio. Check it.

This is a pretty good club banger song. Another hit with Fat Joe and T-Pain. It is more of a slow banger, but if you mix this in with other songs it will sound good. Check it out and see how you feel.

Jim Jones & DJ Webstar feat. Brucie B. & Ron G. - She Can Get It ~97 bpm

Radio Play - 2/5
Club/Party - 2/5
The Ladies - 2/5
Lastability - 2/5

I wish this song could have been better. The beat is right for the club scene, but the lyrics and rhyme are pretty bad. I'm not sure what happened to Jim Jones, but this song isn't gonna help him. Maybe you can mix this song in somehow.

Carl Henry - Dim the Lights ~114 bpm

Radio Play - 2/5
Club/Party - 3/5
The Ladies - 3/5
Lastability - 3/5

I actually like this song. It has a beat and flow that is just smooth. It hasn't been played much on the radio and Carl Henry is still trying to make a name for himself. You just have to listen to it and see if you want it on your playlist. I think it can work with the right person working the song.

This song hasn't been played much on the radio yet, but I think it will be a hit on the radio sometime soon. It is a short song, but has a good flow to it. I am a big fan of John Legend as well. Mix this in with other songs and you'll be fine. Slow banger all the way.

Yeah the slow bangers keeps on comin'. It's all good though. This one is a good one too. A grindin' slow song. I haven't heard it much on the radio though. Pretty sure it won't, but its all good. You can have all the hits to yourself.

We Jerkin'. We Jerkin'. Yeah another Jerkin' song. I guess it's the new in thing these days. Try and do the reject. Again play this song if you can get some of people to jerk.

The next hit from Wale. Hasn't had much radio play yet. But it will be his next hit for sure. This is a good mix and good to play for the pretty girls. Have this on your playlist as the new hit.
