Hip-Hop|Club Banger Reviews (13)

I am updating sooner and sooner trust me. Last time was 3 months and this time it is a little bit over a month. So I'm getting better at it. I am a bit disappointed in the selection of music this past month though. There aren't that many, but what can you say at least its daylight savings time. Makes me feel that much livelier. I'm gonna be mixing some tracks as well and postin' it on the site. This is the first time I'm going to be opening up the comments section so I can improve the blog and get comments from y'all. Constructive and positive feedback only please.

*Notice - I will no longer review radio play, because it isn't relevant to my recommendation for adding it to your playlist.

David Banner feat. BJ the Chicago Kid - In the Zone ~100 bpm

Club/Party - 3/5
The Ladies - 2/5
Lastability - 3/5

If you mix this song with another song, then I think this one can be hot. Its not exactly a club banger, but I still its pretty good and can be mixed in. David Banner has his ups and downs, but I think this is one of his ups.

Recommended for casual playlists.

Nas & Damian Marley Jr. - As We Enter (Explicit) ~120 bpm

Club/Party - 4/5
The Ladies - 2/5

One of my favorite hip-hop artists is Nas. And this track does not disappoint. It has a funky beat and reminds me back in the breaker days. If you mixed this track well , then I think you could use this one anywhere. Hot Track.

Recommended for most (if mixed correctly) playlists.

David Guetta feat. Kid Cudi - Memories (Explicit) ~130 bpm

Another hot track from David Guetta. One of my favorite up and coming artists is Kid Cudi. So a song with them two is hot. This track will just make you lose yourself.

I haven't heard of Kurupt in awhile. But this track has a nice beat. Not the best song he has, but another club banger to add to your list. Mix it in and take a whirl.

Slow banger for sure. If you need a slow banger track you can check this one out. Not as good as other ones, but its something new.

Another slow banger, but this one is much better. I like this song a lot for some reason. Slow and laid back. The mix of people on this track is nice too. Check it out.

Taio Cruz Feat. Ludacris - Break Your Heart ~123 bpm

Club/Party - 3/5
The Ladies - 2/5
Lastability - 3/5

This is actually one of the hottest songs right now, but to tell you the truth I'm not really feelin' it. I really like Taio Cruz's other songs, but this one is just okay to me. But the crowd will feel this song so you should probably put this on your list.

Usher feat. Nicki Minaj - Lil Freak (Explicit) ~140 bpm

I know Usher can make better music than this. It's not bad by any means, but his other tracks makes this one sound bad. This is one of his most explicit songs though. I haven't heard this side of him in awhile. Check out another slow banger. If you are feelin' diiiirrrrty.
